SHIPPING

Free standard shipping is offered to ALL orders over A$150 in value with an Australian delivery address.

If you need your order to be delivered sooner, we are happy to Express Post it to you for an additional fee. This can be added at the check-out.

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address you provide with your order is correct. No refunds will be given for deliveries that cannot be made (or are unsuccessful) if you provide the wrong shipping address for your order. 

International Shipping currently Suspended

Only orders with an Australian Delivery address are currently being processed.

To prevent incorrect deliveries and delivered order theft, all deliveries for orders to the USA will require Signature On Delivery.

If you believe your order has been delivered to the incorrect address, or stolen after being delivered, you'll be asked to provide evidence from the courier showing that it was delivered to the wrong address and/or a Police Report for the theft. 

We accept no liability for lost, damaged, delayed or stolen parcels as these variables remain outside of our control.

DELIVERY TIME 

We normally dispatch all orders within two working days.

During really busy periods like sales, we may take up to 5 days for some orders due to the high volumes. 

All orders are sent via Australia Post from postcode 2478 NSW, Australia.

Delivery speeds depend on the destination and shipping method chosen. Please note that the information provided below is an estimate only and delivery times could be longer especially for deliveries to rural, remote and international addresses.

TAXES AND OTHER DUTIES

There can be additional duties and taxes applied upon receipt of your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient. Oasis Black is not required to inform customers of such additional costs and is not required to refund such costs to customer.

Please note that each country has different laws and regulations regarding buying products from other countries. It is your responsibility to know what is legal in your country in terms of what can and cannot be shipped to you before you place an order with Oasis Black. All ingredients in Oasis Black's products are listed on the product pages, on this website, in accordance with Australian Cosmetic labelling requirements.

No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. 

 

REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING

Once posted, no refunds for shipping costs can be provided unless Australia Post agrees to grant a refund. 

No refunds will be given for deliveries that cannot be made (or are unsuccessful) if you provide the wrong shipping address for your order.

No refunds can be provided for untracked orders, or orders marked as delivered by the courier.
